Manuafactured at the all-new La Zona factory, owned and operated by Erik Espinosa in Estelí, Nicaragua, the La Jugada Prieto is loaded with sweet, complex flavors that any cigar smoker will find enjoyable. With very close attention to detail and seamless construction quality, we’ve ensured a perfect draw – loaded with rich, chalky, white smoke on every puff. Dark and rich cocoa meet a heavy espresso and sweet cream, with flavor characteristics similar to that of a classic Café Cubano.
Because of the dark and oily qualities of the special Mexican San Andrés wrapper used to create the Prieto, these cigars will increase in flavor with age. We recommend smoking a few right away, then allowing the rest to acclimate for a few weeks in your humidor – pair with an aged rum or bourbon for maximum enjoyment.
